System description: the Electrified Monorail System is an air transport system with multiple translating motion carriers guided by a rail system. The carriers include the following transmissions:
– Translational motion (Travel / Drive).
– Lifting / lowering (Hoist).
– Close / open (Arm).
Modern control systems solve most complex processes. Optimal operation for transportation for assembly lines, branching, lifting and arranging in large spaces and can carry heavy loads, fast speed.
Depending on the customer’s requirements or layout, the rail system can be hung from the ceiling or installed directly on the concrete floor by steel truss.
